AI Business Integration Specialist

Job Description
We are looking for someone capable of contributing to the integration of AI in Nexum products and the business processes that support them. The role combines technical and functional skills: process analysis, AI automation configuration, agentic workflow design, requirements definition, development team support and verification of AI impact on delivery, operations, compliance, documentation and customer success. Tech Stack: AI workflow design, prompt engineering, RAG, automations, LLM APIs, Python/TypeScript, low-code/no-code tools and enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes to identify AI integration opportunities - Configure AI automations and agentic workflows - Design prompts and pipelines for business use cases - Define functional and technical requirements for development teams - Verify AI impact on delivery, operations and compliance - Support customer success with personalized AI solutions This job posting is addressed to both genders, in compliance with laws 903/77 and 125/91 on equal treatment in the workplace and against gender discrimination.
